Fay offers over 20 years of experience working with small to large International corporations.  She has been a leader in recruitment and hired professionals for corporations of all levels from entry level to senior management and executive level hires.  Through her many years of experience in the industry she has developed a knack and ability to help clients understands what hiring leaders are looking for in successful candidates.  She offers customized and focused interview training and resume reviews.
 
She would love to inspire young professional females currently in post-secondary, graduating. She has worked for large corporations like Nutrien and other consulting firms. She created Interview Coach on Line for the purpose of inspiring young professionals so to help them gain the confidence they need to apply to jobs, interview confidently and learn how to expand their network. She believes there is a lot of uncertainty for young professionals, especially females who need guidance and support from professionals who can guide them. This is her purpose for creating the business.
