The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Evie Arnold

With over 15 years of professional experience, Evie Arnold is a Leadership & Management Director and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach at Green Square Developments Ltd where she spearheads strategic planning for the business.

Rhodesian born and growing up in South Africa she decided to travel and experience the world while studying for her Bachelor of Administration degree majoring in Business Management and Government Administration.  Evie was blessed to work in Europe and the Middle East, returning to grow roots in Britain, raising a family and starting her entrepreneurial journey.  Successes and failures nurtured her leadership evolution through steering her own business, to senior leadership roles in childcare organizations and have brought her full circle to being one of the Directors and shareholders in a Construction Training Company. Green Square Developments Ltd are expanding to focus on Leadership in the industry and empowering development and change to clients through executive Strengths Based Coaching.

Evie holds her Bachelor’s degree in Government Administration and Business Management from the University of South Africa, is an esteemed Early Years Professional Status and  a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach.  Moving forward, she plans to become accredited with the Institute for Leadership, Management and Coaching (ICF).

Evie feels privileged to be a Mum of three teenage boys partnering with her husband to raise a blended family with the highs and lows, successes and failures that that entails.   Evie is accustomed to wearing many different hats…parent, spouse, leader, director, partner, team member, friend and uses Clifton Strengths ®  as a tool develop her self-awareness, harness her potential, and be fully present and successful in achieving her goals.

As a Coach, Evie sees her role as empowering you to an awareness of your Talents. She focusses on building a trustful relationship with you and nurturing you to evolve your talents into Strengths.   Understanding that we can sometimes feel “stuck”, “dissatisfied” or need a “nudge” she skillfully helps you navigate through these challenging times to aim your Strengths to attain your goals.

Evie’s coaching experiences varies from coaching Individual as well as Teams, Managers as well as Employees, Couples, Parents and Teenagers.
