In her current role as CFO of BR Funsten & Co., Ericka leads a team of eight finance professionals and facilitates the growth and prosperity of their wholesale flooring business. A strong and dedicated businesswoman, she is committed to both personal and professional growth and truly believes in being a part of something bigger than herself. Ericka credits her success to passion, focus and continuous perseverance.

Although she has only held the title of CFO for one year, she has excelled at growing and bettering her business and loves the challenge of continually looking for ways to improve.
