The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Emily Ramoutar


 

Offering over 14 years’ experience in Project Management, Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering design and specifications for Greenfield and Brownfield projects in the offshore and onshore Oil & Gas Industry in Trinidad and Tobago.

Emily holds a Master of Business Administration (Distinction), from Heriot-Watt University, Scotland. She has highly developed skills in general management, strategic business analysis and implementation, strategic negotiations and research. She is proudly PMP certified with a proven track record of executing project plans, change management and supplier management, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the companies’ procedures and clients’ satisfaction.

Emily has years of experience working extensively with client project teams, both domestically and internationally. These skills span from the early appraisal stages all the way through concept selection, design, construction and delivery of new development. She has also held roles of increasing responsibility and led the delivery of Project scope packages while managing culturally diverse teams from Trinidad, Venezuela, Sweden and Houston.

Prior to her role as Senior Project Engineer, she has served in various project engineer roles. She also holds a Master of Philosophy in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of the West Indies, Trinidad, and a BSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering (First Class Honors) from The University of the West Indies, Trinidad. She is 2014 Project Management Professional Certified.

In her spare time, she enjoys travel, being outdoors and  baking.
