Success Mentor Dr. Yvonne Ritze is a highly sought-after leader in career development within the scientific and consulting sector. Yvonne studied biology at the University of Würzburg and received her Dr. rer. nat. while studying in Germany and China. She successfully acquired research funds from the German Research Foundation (DFG) and built up her own research group at the University of Tübingen, where she expanded the topic of obesity by studying sleep and learning behavior after ingesting a high-caloric diet.
 
In addition to being a scientist, Yvonne has designed and conducted numerous seminars in and out of academia. She also served as a mentor for students in the mentoring program of the University of Tübingen for many years.
