As Key Account Manager Support at Ferrero Group, Diana Codritchi provides B2B-focused services, collaborating with the customers to shape solutions that meet their needs. She establishes solid relationship with internal and external stakeholders and ensures effective communication before and after sales. She is keenly aware that women are underrepresented in the B2B sales sector across most industries, and is passionate about her work.
 
Before joining Ferrero Group, Diana actively participated in the creation and coordination processes of companies’ registrations, followed by organization of large-scale events and worldwide inaugurations.
 
Fluent in 5 languages, Diana holds a master’s degree in Marketing Strategies & Corporate Communication from Pantheon-Assas Paris II University. She credits her success to being a hands-on problem solver, and having successfully overcome challenges that arise and completing her projects within tight deadlines.
