The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Dee Allen


 

Dee is recognized leadership expert with over 30 years of experience.  She is also a U.S. Navy veteran, who retired as a Command Master Chief after serving 33 years.  At the time of her retirement from service, she held the distinction of being the most senior enlisted female serving in the Navy and worked in numerous executive-level positions and coached many of the Navy’s top leaders.
 
Dee has extensive expertise developing executive talent and leading teams in defining concrete goals, optimizing performance and providing accountability. She has worked with the federal government, non-profits, and corporate leaders to both increase leadership and organizational effectiveness.
 
She holds a host of credentials to include the ICF Associate Certified Coaching Certification, Board-Certified Coaching Certification, Gallup Global Strength Coach Certification, Career Goal Coach Certification, Professional Life Coach Certification, and Business Consultant Certification.  She also is certified as a Trained Leadership Facilitator, a Six Sigma Yellow-Belt in Diversity & Inclusion and as a Neutral in Alternative Dispute Resolutions.
 
Her academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and a Master of Science Degree in Management from University of Maryland University College.  She is currently enrolled in Cornell University’s Executive Leadership Program.
 
During her spare time, she volunteers as an Executive Coach for Women for Change Coaching Community and the MicroLoan Foundation.  She is also a member of the International Coaching Federation, the International Society of Female Professionals, and serves on the Board of Directors for the National Capital Council of the U.S. Navy League and the Chief of Naval Operations Trusted Advisory Group.
