Carole Ann Clarke offers over two decades of experience in the business world, having worked at Global giants such as Diageo and Coca-Cola. She has also extensive experience in the world of advertising and digital agencies working on some of the biggest brands in the world.
As Chief Experience Officer at I Am Here, she is known for her dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise in social media, public speaking, coaching and public relations. I Am Here empowers individuals with the courage, confidence, and skills to signpost existing supports and services to those who may need them. I Am Here has over 800,000 members in less than 18 months across the globe and is positively disrupting workplace culture by embedding the belief that it’s ok not to feel ok; and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help and increasing utilization of help and support.
Carole Ann holds her Master’s degree in applied languages and business from a university in Northern Ireland and is a member of the EMCC – European Mentoring and Coaching Counsel, the ICF – International Coaching Federation, Jess Global and LIFT – Leading Ireland’s Future Together.
Carole Ann has always been passionate about people and personal growth and having studied Leadership and Executive coaching along with Mental Health and Wellbeing coaching and Corporate wellbeing coaching Carole Ann merges her business acumen, sports, and life experiences to grow I Am Here.
As part of the I Am Here Programme, Carole Ann works with clients to aid their culture development and purpose led vision from Leadership Coaching to change management, purpose and philanthropy, resilience coaching and mental health and wellbeing strategy. She also works with individuals with life-long physical and mental health issues to help them thrive successfully in the workplace.
An avid sports person, she captained the Irish Women’s Rugby team for several years and is an interprovincial hockey player and senior footballer. Carole Ann has also completed an all-female expedition to the Arctic in 2018 for Debra Ireland. She coaches Rugby in her spare time and has recently taken up hockey again. She was also an Olympic torch bearer. Moving forward, she plans on continuing to grow her company on a global scale.
