The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Beatrice Metzler
Beatrice Metzler is a Learning Partner for Facebook and has her own business as a life and personal coach. In Facebook her current role is creating and managing learning strategies from onboarding to ongoing functional skill development for teams that are crossfunctional partners to the Advertising Sales Teams. Beatrice moved up within Facebook, starting in Sales Support, later working in Advertising Sales for Entertainment clients in Germany, and finally joining the Sales Learning Team in 2018. She credits her success to her desire to help others achieve their goals, as well as her own creativity and professionalism. Beatrice just celebrated her 10th anniversary working for Facebook on August 9th.

As a trained coach Beatrice learned about the power of gratitude and was struck by how impactful the practice can be. She wished she had learned about it as a child, which is why she wrote the book. She is currently looking for an illustrator.
Beatrice holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University, 2010, and is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
