Annette Rognstad is the Managing Director at Work Supply AS. To this role, Annette brings dynamic leadership skills and unmatched expertise from a varied, international career in the hospitality, shipping and recruitment industry, covering a variety of roles, primarily in management, sales and business development positions.

Annette is completing her Master of Science in Management from the University of Liverpool in the spring of 2020 with her dissertation focusing on the impact of executive level diversity on change management process effectiveness. Passionate about diversity and change, Annette has also been a founding member of a female network society in Norway and hopes to continue to use her professional and academic background to help organisations improve in these areas.
