The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Angela Kelley


 
Ruskin, Florida – Angela Kelley is the Director of Didactic Education and Assistant Professor in the Physician Assistant program at Gannon University’s Ruskin campus. With her extensive experience in the medical field and a passion for education, Kelley brings valuable expertise to Gannon University.
 
As the Director of Didactic Education, Kelley will play a pivotal role in shaping the curriculum and providing leadership in the didactic phase of the Physician Assistant program. Her wealth of knowledge and practical experience will enhance the learning experience for students and prepare them for successful careers in healthcare.
 
Kelley earned her Master of Science in Medicine in 2002 from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, solidifying her foundation in medicine and patient care. As a bilingual practitioner fluent in Spanish, she has been practicing as a Physician Assistant since 2002, providing compassionate and comprehensive care to diverse patient populations.
 
In addition to her role at Gannon University, Kelley serves as a Regional Director weight loss coach for Optavia, where she helps clients achieve optimal health through a structured meal planning system. Her dedication to promoting wellness and empowering individuals to reach their health goals further demonstrates her commitment to making a positive impact in the field of healthcare.
 
Beyond her professional commitments, Kelley actively participates in various associations and community initiatives. She is involved with the Kappa Kappa Alumnae Association, actively participating in events such as Founders Day, and giving back to her community. Moreover, Kelley contributes to the advancement of medical knowledge by writing publications in medical journals, ensuring the education of current and future clinicians.
 
With her diverse background, dedication to education, and commitment to improving patient care, Angela Kelley will be instrumental in advancing Gannon University’s Physician Assistant program. Her expertise and mentorship will equip future healthcare professionals with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their careers and make a positive impact on the lives of patients.
