The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Andrea “Andy” Dobrin

 
As President of Gap Analysis, Andy Dobrin is a trusted expert in health and human services for the legal system. She has over four decades of experience in her field and serves as an Expert Witness, offering insight for litigation and defense attorneys. Her services include thorough suit materials review and honest, fact-based feedback and advice, as well as in-depth witness reports, depositions and court appearances.
 
Andy has built her business and reputation on a track record of excellence, timeliness and delivering case-specific, essential information to defense attorneys that ensures a successful outcome. She is diligent with her time and costs, and fully understands the importance of time management, clear communication and focused reporting.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Miami University, Andy went on to complete a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Behavioral Analysis from Case Western Reserve University. She launched her career working in the human relations and organizational development for the nonprofit and consulting sectors, and prior to branching out full time with Gap Analysis served as Chief Operating Officer at Koinonia Homes Inc.
 
Based in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, Andy credits her success to passion, perseverance and understanding the “real world” application for rules and regulations.
