The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Alyson Harris

 
Alyson Harris is Senior Quality Manager at Boston Scientific, a biomedical/biotechnology engineering firm and multinational manufacturer of innovative medical devices and solutions that transform the lives of patients around the world. With nearly three decades of experience in the field, Alyson is a highly skilled and driven quality systems manager with a proven ability to develop new product ideas into successful, repeatable processes. She is known for her communication skills, and has led diverse teams through complex quality systems projects at all levels within an organization.
 
After studying at San Diego State University and completing a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of Dundee, Alyson launched her career working in account management, therapeutics and surgical products. She spent 5 climbing the ranks at Boston Scientific earlier in her career, and was proud to come full circle by rejoining their team five years ago, to take on her current position. Prior to returning to the Boston Scientific team, she served as Quality System Manager of VitalConnect.
 
Based out of the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Minnesota, Alyson credits her success to having a high level of commitment and the aptitude to drive projects, as well as enthusiasm, integrity and accountability.
