Adelia Gomez has over 20 years of experience in her field. As Chief Operations Officer of XP Investments US LLC, she oversees the logistical operational work for the firm. She is highly skilled in finance and business development and is passionate about helping businesses evolve and achieve their goals.

Determination and success have been the main pillars of Adelia’s career. During the past 20 years, she has had the opportunity to work in the operational areas in multiple firms in financial industry. She is passionate about building and facing new challenges while creating a solid operational infrastructure which provides a foundation for firms to succeed in all frontend strategies. Some of her core functions include developing procedures and workflows, training employees, solving complex problems,  and working with management committees in making decisions to ensure a strong culture and drive employees to achieve the best results.

Adelia holds a master’s degree in Financial Analysis from a university in Spain and credits her success to persistence, responsibility and commitment. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and gaining the recognition that membership brings.
