Barbara Poulain is a Certified Global Executive Coach and trained Positive Intelligence – Mental Fitness Coach. She is a convinced advocate of Positive Psychology with vast leadership experience in international corporations and banking sectors across more than 20 countries, e.g. India, Brazil, Japan, Russia and EMEA region.
Barbara supports executive women in developing inspirational leadership; increasing self-awareness and using their inner resources to fuel their individual transformation process and reach their goals. Her passion for positive change is what drives her desire to guide leaders and their teams.
