With 29 years as an experienced leader, she has paved the way of leading diverse teams to success, consistently delivering positive results. She has a demonstrated history of working in franchise services and the consumer services industry. She is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, Analytical Skills, and Coaching. She is a strong finance professional with a Bachelor of Science (BS) focused in Business Management from The University of Memphis. She has a vast skill set ranging from customer service, call center management, finance, audit, business management and process improvement. Displaying the highest level of professionalism, she has been afforded the opportunity to function as a mentor many of the ServiceMaster Brands associates. In addition she serves in many capacities through numerous community service organizations. She serves a Troop Organizer for the Girl Scouts - Heart of the South, she is a mentor for Girls, Inc. of the city of Memphis, and volunteers at the Porter Leathe Children's Center. She serves as a guardian angel for senior citizens at the Area Agency of Aging. She is an active member of the Church of Christ, Parkway Village where she worships and serves with her husband as Vacation Bible School Coordinators. She is a Sunday School Bible Teacher of Senior girls.
