Thais Leal is Founding Parter and Manager at Artreze Design. A Brazilian native, Thais was given the opportunity to travel to the US to learn English as a teenager. When she traveled back to Brazil, Thais immediately started her professional and academic career. She started as an operator in a call center while obtaining her bachelors degree in International Relations.
Ever since she has worked her way up to become the Head Of Consulting And Training at Invenit. She is in charge of leading employees to fulfill project and organizational needs and she consults with the company's clients to assess their needs. Thais takes pride in being very devoted and available to her team. Thais hopes to expand Artreze Design, her own business in the Web Design and Social Media industry, which is now in its beginning stages. She credits her success to the opportunities she was given early on and the ability to adapt and improve her herself through coaching. Thais volunteers as a translator. In her free time, she loves to travel, read and sing.
