I am married with three amazing girls!
A successful educationalist who, alongside and/or leading: Trustees, Directors, Governors, other Head teachers, colleagues, peers and other (external) stakeholders, has maximised the impact of education in schools and a range of commercial settings (in the UK and overseas). I have considerable experience of developing and implementing training programmes, accountability frameworks and partnership working; and inform and negotiate with external clients with skill, creativity and acumen. My financial and budgeting skills are robust; as is my experience in monitoring and evaluation. This includes the use of blended learning techniques, shared practice development and project management. My first-hand experience of progressive and professional growth within the education sector has inspired me to undertake an MBA in Educational Leadership (International) which I will complete in September 2020. This is with a view to lead, support and develop programmes of learning and professional development bespoke to the context and/or need of any organisation I champion and/or support.
