I have always been inspired by people who created something from nothing. My life story is virtually the same as so many others. As far back as I can remember I enjoyed taking care and helping people. My little sister use to have Migraine headaches all the time. I remembered going into the bathroom wetting a towel and putting it on her little head to ease any discomfort she was having. I felt this simple act of kinds gave me such joy in my heart that I wanted to spend the rest of my life experiencing that feeling. I worked in the medical Field for over 25 years and never felt the excitement and joy I feel working as a Life Coach. Every client I work with gives me the opportunity to feel instant gratification. Knowing what I do helps people to feel better about themselves and makes a difference in their lives and the choices they make.
