Jacquelyn Ferguson-Beneby is the Chief Executive Officer at Human Resources Solutions Group, a company that spans for the majority of her 20 years career in human resources. In this role, she is responsible for the reinforcing the corporate vision and engages organizations in strategic and business planning, executive recruiting, training, policies and procedures development. Jacquelyn, credits her success and knowledge to great companies such as: Deloitte CBC, Cacique International, RIU Hotels, Commonwealth Bank, and The Bahamas Government Public Service, where she has learned from leaders and has used that knowledge to continue to make an impact to many, every day. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeast University, with honors and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, where she also gained her certification in Human Resources - SHRM-CP in 2015. She is also a member of the local chapter of B-SHRM, (Bahamas Society of Human Resource Management), where she served as past president. Her long term educational ambition is to acquire a doctoral degree in leadership and pursue her a degree in corporate law. In her spare time, Jacquelyn enjoys reading, researching, spending time with her girls, going to the beach and boating. She also spends countless hours volunteering for corporate outreach programs and volunteers at schools preparing high school students for the work environment by assisting them with resume writing and interview techniques. The 5th of 7th children, Jacquelyn credits for drive, determination and high morale standards to her parents.
