The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Featured Member, Stacey Rivers


Stacey Rivers is an experienced Senior Executive Director with 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, leading global strategic initiatives focused on Global Business Transformation, Change Management Execution, Business Statistics and Data Modelling, and large-scale Regulatory Reform. She has global work experience, having lived in London and Switzerland for six years. She is a dynamic leader who rose through the ranks in the world of finance and gained valuable experience in numerous roles at J.P. Morgan and is now Head of Global Investment Product Operations Transformation, where she is focused on building and implementing a scalable, efficient organization that optimizes platforms and promotes consistent business processes based on data-driven insights and analytics.

After earning her degree from SUNY New Paltz in Finance, she went on to attain multiple certifications in Business Analytics and Program Management. She is passionate about supporting women through partnering with the Women on the Move organization within J.P. Morgan and was an active member of Women’s World Banking, in which she helped support microfinance loans for women in need.

She has taken two sabbaticals from work – one was to provide pro-bono consulting to a Not-For-Profit organization in New Orleans, helping to rebuild the city post hurricane Katrina and the other to obtain her Yoga Teacher 200hr certification in Bali, Indonesia. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, yoga, painting, and learning new things.
