I´m writing again, again and again to you because this ISFP, owns me a refund of USD$ 599.95 that has been not be processed. From January 2024 that I´m trying to recover my money, that will be almost 90 DAYS!!!
Even Though I call to the phone in New York several times, but no one answers the phone. I don´t understand what´s the problem with my requirement.
I have pay lifetime for this membership, the financial damage that you cause to me is huge.

I hope you have me without a response as soon as possible, I am tired of writing to you without obtaining solutions or effective answers.
Please women, do not accept more charges in your credit cards. This is scamming.
