Claudia Coronado is the Founder & President of CC Consulting Services Corp. An small company create to help an independent hotels, DMC’S , Event Director’s, Event Planner’s , Agencies or any other small company at Hospitality Industry to develop all Sales & Marketing strategy, Groups Operations, and / or any kind of consultants regarding the mentioned areas. With more that 20 years of experience at Melia Hotels International in Dominican Republic, Mexico, Cancun and United States. She is based in Miami, Florida . Her first job was in guest services at the airport in Guatemala City. She enjoyed the guest experience and decided it was what she wanted to pursue. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rafael University of Guatemala in 1996. She is great at adapting to the different personalities and mindsets of customers in the USA and Latin America. She is a team player, and is always learning new skills to adapt to any changes that may occur. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
