Marsha Oldham is an independent Flooring Consultant and owner of Expert Flooring Solutions, a flooring concierge service for homeowners and businesses.  The core of the business is design, project management and installation coordination for all size and manner of flooring projects. Offering high quality products in hardwood, luxury vinyl, laminate, flooring tile, wall tile, carpet, area rugs, commercial flooring, and specialty products.  The firm also can coordinate with other contractors to offer you a turnkey project that might include cabinetry, countertops, lighting and more.
 
After earning a certificate in Business Management from Draughon Business College, Marsha went on to launch her career in sales and hospitality. She discovered an early interest in interior design and renovation, and became the owner and president of Don’s Carpet Service. Prior to going out on her own with Expert Flooring Solutions, Marsha was Account Executive at ProSource Wholesale Flooring and Commercial Sales Specialist at Big Bob’s Flooring Outlet.
 
Based in Kansas City, Marsha enjoys live music and volunteering in her spare time. She credits her success to being an advocate of the consultative sales approach and establishing strong relationships with clients.
