The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Donna Pearson, PhD


 
Dr. Donna Pearson is the Associate Dean of Student Services and Assessment in College of Education and Human Development at the University of North Dakota. A seasoned professor with over two decades of experience, she specializes in Pedagogical Methods, Intercultural Competencies and Civic Education. Having served in various higher educational roles, Donna’s leadership experience includes Teaching, Assessment, Grant Writing, Assistant Provost Internship, Department Chair, Associate Dean of Student Services & Assessment, and her current work with the local school district, developing a Lab School.
 
After completing studies at Catherine Academy, Donna went on to attend Mississippi State University and Judson College. In addition to the ISFP, she is a member of the AACTE, National Council for Social Studies and NDCSS.
 
Celebrated for her contribution and impact, Donna was recipient of a North Dakota Liberty Bell Award. She is based out of Grand Forks, and in her spare time enjoys curling, golf, travel, reading and photography. She credits her success to passion, focus and perseverance.
