The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Debrah Wirtzfeld, MD, ICD.D, MBA, CEC, CCPE
Dr. Debrah Wirtzfeld is the CEO of MD Confidence Consulting (sheknowsshiFt.com). A highly experienced ICF certified executive coach and communications expert, Debrah draws upon a unique background in medicine, psychology, administration and educational leadership to help senior and executive women enhance their performance, empower their confidence, and strengthen their ability to lead. Guiding her clients through transitional periods in their careers is her specialty, helping to fortify and prepare women to shatter the glass ceiling and take the leap into high level positions.
In Fall 2022, Debrah is excited to announce the launch of her book, She Knows ShiFt, a resource that will compile the tools and time-proven methodology she has developed and honed over the years. She also currently features resources on www.sheknowsshiFt.com, including on cover letter and resume construction and how to ace an executive interview. As the host of the podcast, She Knows ShiFt, Debrah makes herself and her expertise available wherever podcasts are found, and offers inspirational, motivation and empowering content to her listeners.
After completing dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Cellular, Molecular and Microbial Biology, Debrah went on to complete a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Calgary. Committed to professional growth and development, she went back to school ten years later to earn a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and in 2019 she earned a Master of Business Administration in Management consulting from Royal Roads University. Her certifications and qualifications are vast, and include certification in University and College Administration from the University of Manitoba, Inclusive Leadership from Centennial College, Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, and professional management and leadership programs at Drexel University and the University of Toronto.
Based in Canada and serving a global audience, Debrah is passionate about her work and credits her success to focus, strategic planning, setting clear goals, and opening up new communication pathways. Outside of running her consultancy, she is also the Co-Founder of Inspire Mindset MD and a sought-after keynote speaker.
