The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Elena Terol

 
As the founder and Managing Partner of ExcellentSearch, global executive search company, Elena Terol understands the importance of efficient labor solutions that serve both the clients and candidates. She established the company in 2005, and in her role oversees the strategic planning, supervising, monitoring performance, and guiding business operations. She and her team work with multinational companies and specialize in working with the financial services, consumer goods, luxury, real estate, retail distribution, and leisure and entertainment.
 
Previously, Elena worked in the international banking sector, with Bankers Trust Co. and ANZ Grindlays Bank. She is a certified coach by the European School of Coaching and International Coaching Federation, and is a member of Mujeres Avenir and Women in Finance – CFA. Having launched her career as a research consultant at Russel Reynolds, Elena earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Instituto de Empresa.
 
Based in Madrid, Spain, Elena speaks fluent Spanish, English, French and Hebrew. She is driven by a passion for excellence, and is committed to promoting diversity and equilibrium.
