Talitha Saez Cardoso is a lawyer at Fintopia, a Chinese Fintech, where she has been since January 2019. She spends her days reviewing contracts, learning about Chinese tradition, economy, society and education, also explaining laws related to data protection and fintechs’ regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil; which is very relevant to develop cultural understanding. Initially having been drawn to the women’s rights sector, she became highly specialized in corporate law and remains an advocate for women’s equality and advancement within the corporate sector.
She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of São Paulo, class of 2017. Looking ahead, she plans to apply for a PhD program and to continue studying and progressing in her field of trade and law. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
