International Speaker, Consultant and Neuroscience Coach Virginia Pardo Camacho has more than 20 years of experience in her field. As General Director of VIP SYNERGY COACHING, she offers expert services in neuro coaching, training, and mindfulness. With a broad skill set and vast expertise, she developed the of the successful VIPSC coaching methodology. She works closely with personal and corporative clients, offering training programs in “Conscious Labor Happiness” FECONS, “LG Leadership”, Empathic Communication, Effective Relationships “CERE,” Relay and Generational Migration “.
Virginia is driven by the desire to return humanity and authenticity to the managerial business world. She speaks fluent English and Spanish, and launched her career in modern languages, before branching into the eclectic psychology, neuroscience and coaching sector. In addition to the ISFP, she is affiliated with AACP of Psychology of Argentina. She is endorsed by the International Coaching Community (ICC) throughout Panama, Argentina, England and Spain, and is a Mindsonar MPA Professional in Netherlands.
Her work touches on executive coaching, labor conflicts, mindfulness, entrepreneurial coaching, and as an OTC Team Coach by Mindful Quest in the United States. While in North America, she was Facilitator of “The Science of Happiness” at the University of California at Berkeley, and she did work in Business Communication at the University of British Columbia.
Based in Colombia, Virginia has been a many time recipient of invitations to speak on radio and television programs. She has a genuine passion for encouraging the self-esteem, for this reason, she is also the Director of Self Esteem Women Foundation, helping them to realize their full potential. Moving forward, she is developing a project for virtual formation in neuroscience applications to coaching in Latin America. In her spare time, Virginia enjoys travel, reading, writing, painting.
