Dr. Tamara Browne is a registered Naturopathic Physician and owner of the Natural Family Health Clinic Ltd. in British Columbia, Canada.  She offers a full suite of natural health care options for patients of all ages.  Dr. Browne graduated from Bastyr University medical school in Seattle Washington in 1996.
 
Naturopathic Medicine is a distinct primary healthcare system that blends modern scientific knowledge with traditional and natural forms of medicine.  Licensed in British Columbia by the Ministry of Health to practice naturopathic medicine, Dr. Browne can prescribe medication as needed, but prefers therapies that align with the principles of Naturopathic Medicine.  These principles are: First do no harm, The Healing power of nature, Identify and treat the causes, Doctor as teacher, Treat the whole person, and Prevention.  The focus is on stimulating the healing power of the body and treating the underlying cause of the disease.
 
With a concentration on prevention and optimizing wellness, Dr. Browne works in complementary cancer care, helping cancer patients to live longer and experience a much higher quality of life. She has over 24 years of experience in her field and is experienced in intravenous and oral Nutrition Therapy, Pain and Regenerative Injection Therapy, Anti-Aging and Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, Integrative Cancer Therapy, Chronic Disease Prevention and Treatment, Chelation, Detoxification, and finding the cause with the use of advanced lab testing. She is board certified to practice IV Therapy and IV Chelation, Advanced Pain Injection Therapies, Ozone and Oxidative Therapies, and Prescriptive Authority.
 
In addition to her membership in the International Society of Female Professionals, Dr. Browne is an active member and former board member of the College of Naturopathic Physicians of BC, the BC Naturopathic Association, the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Academy for the Advancement of Medicine, the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine, and the International IV Nutrition Therapy for Professionals.
 
Outside of running her practice, Dr. Browne has taught community classes and has presented information on television, radio and print.
