The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Martine Boily


 

Martine Boily is Manager of National Service Delivery – Canada. Martine offers more than 25 years of experience in business process management and human resources management. She is currently completing her Executive MBA (eMBA) in business administration. She holds a multidisciplinary Bachelor’s degree (human resources management and project management) and is a Lean – Six Sigma green belt.

Her dynamism, her teamwork skills, her communication skills as well as her experience in project management, process improvement and human resources management make her an asset to any team.

Her long term professional goal is to obtain a position as VP of Human Resources, however she currently aims to sit on a board as a consultant, and put her expertise at the service of a company. Her years of experience have sharpened her interest in the functioning of the individual in the workplace. She takes pride in emphasizing the organizational, human and operational development of the company with whom she collaborated.

On her professional journey she has carried out several major projects that have allowed her to develop strong relational skills, a sense of listening and good analytical skills. Today, as Manager of Operations at the national level, her goal is to use her skills and expand her expertise in order to bring added value to the organization and to her professional and personal development.

Spanning the last three decades, Martine has been involved at various levels with amateur sports associations, childhood illness organizations and the school sector. These experiences enriched her as a person and allowed her to put her skills to the benefit of the community and to be appointed to the Conseil Supérieur de l’Éducation.
