As Marketing Director of AURUM LLC, Ketna Patel is no stranger to making an impact. A consummate hospitality and operations professional, she oversees not just the marketing and strategic planning at the firm but also hiring and training within her department. She has enjoyed a lifelong passion for the hospitality sector and is and is known for her creative problem-solving ability and a track record of getting things done.
 
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Northeastern University, Ketna launched her career in hospitality and rose up through the ranks, working for numerous well known and highly respected brands. She credits her success to hard work and determination, and plans to continue to grow and develop in her career.
 
Outside of her professional endeavors, Ketna enjoys traveling and hiking.
