The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Fiona Macleay


 

Fiona Macleay has over 20 years of experience in her field. An experienced human resources manager, she has overseen the function for major companies in the mining sector. She has managed change programs, talent development, people services, camp management, recruitment, compensation, expats, restructures, and labor relations. She has also lead the development of labor plans for large scale mining projects in Chile. Having studied business, Fiona launched her career in HR and has enjoyed rising through the ranks since.

Noted for her expertise in human resource management, expat management, change management, organization design, compensation and strategic planning, Fiona holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the City University of London. Looking ahead, Fiona hopes to continue her career in mining or transition into a new industry to continue contributing and developing in human resources. She credits her success to her empathy, commitment and results orientation. She is proud to give others the opportunity for their own career development.
