The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Dee Norton

 
Dee Norton is a highly sought-after wedding officiant and the owner of Deelightful Weddings (www.deelightfulweddings4u.com), an Arizona based wedding ceremony specialist company. Known for their personalized and meaningful ceremonies that take clients’ traditions and beliefs to heart, Dee and her associates help couples say “I do” throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Chandler, Cave Creek, Ahwatukee, Glendale, Mesa, Queen Creek, Gilbert, and all other cities in the state.
 
Passionate about her work, Dee has personally performed over 200 weddings. Offering a full suite of ceremony services, in addition to officiating, Deelightful Weddings also provides ceremony planning and sourcing, coordinating with premium vendors, florists, bakers, caterers and wedding venues.
 
Prior to establishing Deelightful Weddings, Dee served as Special Assistant to the Deputy Assistant Director of ICE Air Operations in Mesa, Arizona. She is a veteran of the US Coast Guard, where she worked many jobs/assignments ranging from the USCG Cutter Mellon as a Deck Watch Officer, Executive Officer at Base Galveston, Texas, Operations Officer at Group Miami Beach, Florida, and Commanding Officer at Group Honolulu, Hawaii.  She also served in staff positions including Enlisted Personnel, Search and Rescue, and Coast Guard Boating Standards and Auxiliary.
 
Dee holds a master’s degree in National Security and Strategic Services from the US Naval War College and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Central Michigan University Hawaii Campus. In 2019, she completed a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University.
 
Based in the greater Phoenix area, Dee is proud mother of two grown daughters.
