The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Czarina Sheikh Mathew

 
Czarina Sheikh Mathew has a career history spanning over 25 years and is currently the Executive Director of Imtiaz Consultancy Limited. She is accountable for customer experience across sales and service with progressive and dynamic organizations. With substantial experience as a Senior Leader, Service Delivery Professional and Customer Champion, Czarina has developed and executed strategy to enhance the customer journey. She is also an Executive Coach, Corporate Trainer and a Judge at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2020.
 
Having spent most of her career in the male-dominated IT sector, she fully appreciates the importance of women supporting women. Diversity, equality, inclusion and equity are all very important to her, and she has her own scars to bear from personal experiences. Czarina advocates for campaigns, networks and programs that raise awareness and support the promotion of women. She is a mentor for the Reed Women in Technology Programme and a Founding Member of Women in Customer Experience.
 
She takes pride in the fact that her career was built on collaboration and she values the power of partnerships. Czarina holds her Bachelor’s degree in Geography. In her spare time, she enjoys travel and keeping fit.
