The International Society of Female Professionals Recognizes Amy Epting

Amy Epting is owner of Golden Years Health and Wellness Nutrition. A Registered Dietitian for 16 years, she is highly specialized in nutrition for older adults. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Arts degree in Gerontology from Nova Southeastern University. In addition, she is Board Certified in Gerontological Nutrition through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

Amy has been featured on the radio and in older adult text books. She has proudly mentored new dietitians to the world of long-term care and currently specializes in the nutritional care of adults 55 years of age and older.  Amy’s mission is to help all adults 55 years and older to live a healthier lifestyle enabling them to age gracefully and maintain their independence and functionality. Hopefully, this will allow them to continue to stay in their home surrounded by friends and family and eliminate the need for institutional care.

Amy firmly believes in partnering with every individual she works with to create a customized plan of care that uniquely fits their lifestyle, allowing them to achieve their goals in the most optimal, enjoyable way. She knows from experience that together as a team, she can aid in accomplishing a custom plan that works for every client.
