Paola Peña is CEO of Performance & Media Digital, a digital agency. She also runs a traditional media agency and a coffee shop and enjoys the challenges, pace, and variety of entrepreneurial pursuits. She has been rising the ranks in the workforce for the past 20 years and is known for her expertise in change management, leadership, and development.
Paola earned her degree in Marketing and Business at Sergio Arboleda University in Colombia, also has a degree in Social Studies from Notre Dame University, and earned her master's in Strategic Marketing Communication in London.
