I enjoy Drag Racing, and there nothing like being behind the wheel and getting an adrenaline rush.; Spending time with my family and four dogs that are also family..I also enjoy taking long walks along the ocean beaches, listening to the waves crash and smelling the fresh sea air.
My first language is Hungarian, I am first born generation here in the USA. In our spare time my husband and I like working on older muscle cars and revitalizing their beauty. I have two grown sons with families of their own. I feel very blessed to have a closed knit family.
I'm a retired Licensed Mortgage Broker that has been in the industry 25+ years. I previously owned and operated two mortgage companies and had 52 employees including both Brokers and support staff.
I have also been a Real Estate Investor since 1992 and I have been wholesaling, rehabbing and flipping residential and some commercial properties, mainly in Washington State, but have done several transactions both in the United States and Canada.
Real Estate Goals
I am currently doing 6 to 7 deals a month and we are ready to move to the next phase of doing 15+ deals monthly and to expand my team and strengthen our portfolio.

Kate Bell is the Acquisitions Manager for ELIKA HOMES, LLC. She has been in her Professional career for more than 25 years. She has been a Mortgage Broker for over 25 years and owned 2 Mortgage Companies which she recently sold.
Currently, Kate is an Acquisitions Manager with ELIKA HOMES, LLC, where her main responsibilities consist of investing. She has been investing in real estate since 1992 as a wholesaler and also worked rehabbing homes and selling them still under current market value.
ELIKA Homes, LLC works to help clients to avoid foreclosure, restore credit, and their mortgage. The company’s goal will always be, “We help you save yourself. Kate was prompted to get involved in this profession directly from being a mortgage broker, since then it has been a natural progression for her.
At this stage in Kate's career, she is seeking to network with other like minded professionals, as she has a number of connections in the real estate market and has lots to offer including mentoring and coaching, which helps to teach new investors the right way of purchasing property, whether a home or an investment. Outside of all the work Kate does she finds time to divide work with volunteer, giving back to the community.
